we use other brand as reocmmend by my mech , after 2 week issue still persist

Hi mghong, what is the outcome? I'm civic fd 2007 also have the same problem as per your describe.

Yeah, unfortunately there is no closure of this issue discussion. 

 

This is the exact Gear shift jerk symptom that happened to my current FD. After flush and throttle body clean up problem still persist. I asked SC to check on TM mount, but they said look okay, but it is already 10 years, so I suspect it could be damage as well. It looks like this issue is pretty common for Honda transmission, and there are lots of discussion here and there, however there is clear solution for it.

 

Can some one help?

Forum of late are pretty slow, many have formed car clubs in fb. Probably you need to check and join the Civic club fb for more feedback.....

Check spark plug coil ...solved jerk problem on my City idsl . Jerk is sudden when the car is in D accelerating.
