My ride is FD2 2.0 2008 model, last 2 week we feel sudden jerk when we reverse from our house
and change to D to and a press the accelerator ..it jerk for once then only moving.

and same time happen when we reach traffic light or need to stop during driving . It will jerk once and stop.

i sent to my mech and he found out the transmission oil was dirty and advice me to change and the incident not more happen.

My mech said maybe gearbox issue , i try to drive the car using 'S' mode with peddal shift and issue resolve..no such thing happen.

I sent to Honda SC and request to diagnose the problem but they go and find other issue which i already know.. and when i ask them for their experience . they inform might be throttle body need to clean.

anyone got similar issue happen before ? can advice

If atf dirty and after change is ok, should be that problem. But if dirty it is better to flush than just change. And should change the atf filter too

Oh! he did a flush already. Should have tried adding a bottle of Lubegard atf universal additive. Some reviews mentioned that it helps clears up minor problems. Probably can try it first before any other major repairs

Looks like you need to overhaul then. Better get second opinion form another mechanic first...

go quicksave usj and flush out those old atf. when want to fill up dw1 after flush, pour in a bottle of Lubegard Red or Platinum 1st and top up with dw1 until full.

my elysion 5AT is using dw1 with lubegard. so is my wife's 2009 elantra, after 40k km the SPIII is still transparent red when normal SPIII without lubegard will be dark drown with burn smell.

elysion's 5AT is similar to yours, 30k km drain out and it was slightly darker red but still transparent and no problem faced whatsoever. next change is due b4 CNY next year. By then it would have done about 50k km. Lubegard solved my 5AT torque converter lock-up jerk at 90km/h, downshifts also much smoother.
