Greeting all sifus, Recently I just bought an SV4 Honda Accord year 1994 at a rather reasonable priced. To cut the story short, the car is having acceleration and also gearbox slip issue. Acceleration: I need to step the pedal quite deep for it to accelerate else the whole car felt sluggish like RPM tak mau naik like this. Is this due to gearbox or spark plug or fuel injector or fuel pump or? Gearbox: Recently, the gear box when change gear that time, i slip rather than smooth, could this be torque converter issue? or others? You did not test it properly before buying?

Is the engine running properly? If yes, then not spark plugs or injector problem. Looks like the gearbox.

Try changing the atf and atf filter, maybe is dirty
