i've read somewhere that it's quite common for the C8 to have gearbox issues, and that installing an oil cooler would help with the lifespan of the gearbox especially in our ridiculous heat. I saw some oil coolers selling on mudah and lelong for roughly rm250-1000, and was wondering if anyone has installed it on theirs and did it make any difference.
I just bought a used C8 year 2003 model, the gearbox seems fine but i would like to prevent anything from happening in the long run so would it be advisable to install one?
