Hid On Odyssey

Hi...I own a 2014 Odyssey which comes with a pair of HID headlights.

 

After my 10k service noticed that there is a shadowy line when I use the headlights which was not presence when I took delivery of the car. Went to the service centre and they said it is normal for an HID headlight.

 

Is that true? Anybody else have this problem with their HID headlight?
