What is the general replacement cycle for bearing?

I am considering to replace to see if there are any fuel efficiency gains on my older rides..

Do share if you have replaced before..

As far as I know there is no cycle. We change only when they make noise. The woong woong sound...... :P

Fuel efficiency? lighter right foot, less agreesive driving style, lighter car, tyres more air, etc.... :D

Same as new car absorbers, manual recomend 24k km or one year but most of us use for years  and years and mileage like 60k to 100k km.

Even my mechanic says no sound why change. Jack up rotate wheels all runs smoothly.....hhahahhahaha

It completely depends on how many miles you have driven your automotive its not like a cycle but you should take care of it while considering the maintenance of your car,but one should replace it after 700 to 800km generally recommend but it also depends on the car usage. So check you car status and then go for it.
