-Morning.
-After 3.5 yrs usage of Mazda 5 (2011 June), this is 1st part change.
- Rm 633 @ Mazda Bermaz Federal Highway.
- change 1 side only
-got sound before change when sharp right turn -"tak,tak,tak"
-customer service was good.
-only that my lesson learnt - if long queue, semi major service, potential part change - take taxi, go somewhere else, or it will be long hours waiting.

Go with Koni FSD.
Stock shocks are crappy. Had to have mine replaced too. Now slightly firmer ride though no more "knocking" noise when turning or driving on uneven roads.
