Means you claim 4 times already......wow!
Last time quite long ago, I changed to Monroe absorbers. The front went soft in 3 months, since have 6 months warranty, I send in for claim but they reject stating only jam and leak they warranty. Angry, I went to chop shop got two absorbers to replace them and I used them in my car until I sold the car off. Never use Monroe again....

never used gab before but even shop selling them seems not keen on selling them anymore due to the claim rate.
2-3 shop i went to claim they have bad exp with gab.
that was on SA series.
not sure abt SE and SS series.

if not mistaken sa series has been around for a while.
quite expensive for a set of absorber even as a sport absorber.not sure if the normal hi lo adjustable is also called sa series.
guess they only concentrate on their SE,SS, and SSR series now.all are hi lo soft hard type.
i took a gamble using local Proride brand and it pays off.Cheap and reliable.Even better than Apm or Kyb.still no sign of softening or leak till now.forgot already when i bought it but suppose to be last year.
bought normal series but a bit firmer than oe shock.

Oh! means their normal replacement series. Probably not making much from them but it may affect their other series or maybe those are for different category of customers....
