currently using 16"rim and 205/55 R16 91W . I realize my car tyre can make noise and its grip is not stable especially on wet road. How come it is so useless? To avoid accident happen I need to change it asap, but I have no idea how to choose a suitable tyre. Can give me some advise,TQ.

I'm not sure which Honha model you are having so I just share my experience on my Accord 05.
I used to run on Continental CPC2 and now on Toyo C1S with tyre size 215/55/R16.
Both are very silent tyres and the grip on wet exceeds my expectation.

PS3 was mentioned and yes they are good in the wet but should be over your budget. I think at around RM440 each for your size. Maybe you can check around.
Next best is Mid category like Conti CPC2 (Premium Contact 2), Goodyear Efficient Grip or can try Nexen N8000

P3ST may cost as much as the PS3. GR-90 is old model already, now is GR-100. This can be considered as same category as CPC2, GY Efficient Grip, Yoko V551, Toyo C1-S which are mid comfort performance tyres....
