Best you read up on the respective cars from their respective forum thread then decide, but to what I know basically Korean car have lower resale value, so if that is one of your criteria then better go Japanese....

Btw vios does come with 5 years warranty or only 3 years warranty?

As far as I know is 3 years, but please read fine prints. Wear and tear items are 12 months or sometimes less....
Also is either/or means 3 years or 100k km and/or 12 months or 20k km...some thing like that....

Agreed with vr2turbo, you have to consider the resale value. Obviously toyota has higher resale value than kia, you may go for kia cerato if you are not going to change your car in the recent years.
