any engine properly installed will works fine.
the engine will suit the csr,but will it satisfy u?
i suggrst u add yrv turbo into yr list.
which one is the best?
google ot to find the spec of each engine and u can decide easily.

not sure abt the rules now.
try google it up.
its 30% increase if not mistaken.
there are plenty of yrv powered kelisa and kenaei around.
most of the keciss2 sound kelisa and kenari are on yrv.
