Cats from my next door neighbor like to sleep on my car during night. Last time, cats never come. I think because their master parked his car inside the car porch under roof. Now, he is parking his cars outside because he wants to have big space for his kids.

Even though I saw the cats are belong to his neighbor but I have no proof that caused by the cats. I try to maintain good relationship without highlight to him. He is also those kind that does not control his cats (never take bath for his cats) unlike my another next door neighbours (keep in the cage at night and always take bath for his cats).

I tried many method. Sprayed water directly to the cats. Sprayed chemicals around the fence. All not effective until I spray the pepper. It is very effective. however, it is tired to do that every night. I tried to stop only a night and I discovered cat furs again.

May I know do I have easier method?

Just take a picture, show it to the owner and ask politely for them to keep their pets under control, or else you have no choice but to take matters into your own hands.

Try putting Msian coffee powder into small sealed plastic containers.
At night, open the lid, position them around the car, on the porch floor.
My customers use this method, and it works on those cats who are probably British tea-drinking species.
Dont know about your neighbour's cats though. Give it a try.

Get this online:

Cat Repellent

Stake it to the ground or place it near the car and the device detects motion and will sound a high pitch sound that only cats can hear, scaring them away.

I had some problems last time, lucky they don't sleep on the car now. The worst is when they try to climb my newly polished up car. Because it is slick and slippery they really claw in and you can see the claw mark.... smile_shock.gif
