I encountered an incident when the opposite direction car wanted to turn to my left side road. I was in straight road.
This car stopped there with high intensity light (cheap car modified with high intensity bulb, this type of light is really annoying you).
I opened high light and let this driver felt herself/himself. This driver horned me.
What a loser, he/she could use high light to shoot you but when you did the same, he/she horned you.
If you feel uncomfortable with it, then please do not do it to other!

Ha, not necessary. May be you have less driving experiences or lucky. You have never involved in an accident when you were totally innocent and caught by other people. I just encountered another case yesterday. Others parked illegally at road side make the road only enough for one car to go through comfortably in only one directly. But of course, we can not hold car from opposite direction. If the car from opposite let me go through first, I could avoid to knock my car side mirror with the parked car because one car in front of it was parker a bit toward passenger walk way. But this car just drove directly without stop. He was driving a giant and old SUV. He did not even care to knock any other car. I have to turned a bit inside immediately to avoid him, that's the incident happened. If he drove slowly and checked first before forced through, we could avoid this kind of unnecessary incidents.

The problem maybe with the cheap mod he/she is on low beam but shining up high, so he/she thinks you are the one shining high light....

He/she should have known after the mod. If he/she does not know, then this people is really brainless. But I think it is impossible that he/she does not know where the light is very bright. Because of our authority does not carry out their duties, we can do whatever we want even it is dangerous!

Since is hid mod using halogen reflector are of no use, cannot focus....

I saw a Waja came from the back this morning with annoying super bright light. I drove slowly and this car passed by me. Guess what? Was police car. What can we expect from public since police also do the same?

Another thing, many people told me they will give way to Ambulance immediately but tried to block police if they on the siren. I saw a police car before where it on the siren in the middle of traffic jam, then it off the siren after traffic getting smooth. then, it on the siren again when there was another traffic jam. The police was not rushing due to urgent duty but use the siren to avoid traffic jam!

why double standard ???? saw police car then chicken out and not dare to high beam them ??? go la high beam until the police get blind and then ask them why their can use high beam and you cannot....

In Malaysia, there is no rules. Anything can happen! Even if you are right, you can not argue with samseng with license. Therefore, only those stupid like you will make yourself into trouble.
