2013 Kia Forte 2.0 Still Available?

Hi,
I am considering getting a brand new Kia Forte 2.0 by year end. My budget is actually about 90K but
I can somehow try to fork out more which should be just sufficient for the Forte 2.0.
Since this model is discontinued, will I be still be able to get a new unit if i were to book it in December?
Will there be more discounts if i book it at year end? Appreciate you valuable advise.
