Last week I went Tanzim Auto or Pakri at USJ19/4a and this was my last visit at this lousy wshop.Since I moved to Shah Alam last year from PJ.I found that Pakri is the nearest Citroen workshop. At first I though his service was ok, but then after few regular services I found out his work becoming sloppy and service charge is keep increasing.FYI I changed my starter motor 5 times at his wshop and the starter is only last for 1 month(each ! 1starter=rm450).I resolved the problem by buying starter myself(recond cost only rm230) instead of rely on him .I started to realized his sloppy and low quality work when I sent my gearbox. The gearbox also having the same problem since I replaced with him, after 3 months; resulted to my car breakdown. So I decided to send to his wokshop since I bought&installed this gearbox with him.Im getting even more disatisfied since my car was 'stored' in his wshop for 16 days just to replace the flywheel(problem).Previously I sent my car to other citroen wshop last time it took only 2 days to replace the flywheel but at Pakri wshop it took 16 days and charged for rm980(standard service is rm500)..His reason is he has to attend the car that keep coming in, logically he should attend on fifo basis. He is getting very picky depending on what type of problem that you have wether he getting the most from you or not.I felt pissoff.I don't want to send my car to his wshop again and advice the citroeneer not to send to his whop, since he is not the same Pakri like you met him before. You will regret like I did.

Also be careful, if you insisted to send your car at pakri , there is one underpaid Bangladeshi(by the time im writing this maybe he cabut already), he told me he havent received salary since April 2013.Imagine he might sabotage your car as a 'karma' for pakri.Lesson learnt.Thats why i keep repairing my car there, he was only for the money, for the past 5 months i replaced 5 starter motors at his place(each part was faulted after 1 month). His dirty tactic is he will make you car didnt last longer so that you keep coming to his workshop and giving him more money(maybe he think he the only best citroen mechanic).Till this date, my gearbox is still not ok and emitting sound ...
