I know this is not the best place to talk about the turbo fan, but I remember that 2nd gen M6 has an aftermarket turbofan.
Just curious if anyone tested this product and how was it?

I can say 99.99999999% that you will never get a response to such a question since the majority doesn't know. For most of the technical questions you would wish to ask, my advice is for you to use your O&G knowledge to figure it out.
As for the fan, the GH had a turbo fan, electrically driven type. It is not the one you mention here.
As for the efficacy of the fan you posed here, you have to confirm the following:
1) Is your MAP sensor piezo-electric? If so, such a fan won't work and will reduce the performance of your engine.
2) Current cars now have intakes designed to swirl the air, hence such fans would only disrupt it.
3) Exotic metal coatings to spilt atoms is a grey area. There are many types out there. I use thorium coating. Others like products pushed by v-class motorsports use another. Dyno after install of such products will prove weather it works or not.
