Hi Guys,
I am hit with this error code for some time already and now it is permanent.
Went to my regular workshop and perform a simple diagnose.
The error reads as follow:
"P0031 FRONT DESK A/F OR 02 SENSOR
HEATER SYSTEM LOW MALFUNCTION"
Any idea on this error code?

the O2 sensor has a low voltage fault or the fuse for the heated element which is part of the sensor has blown. Replacing the O2 sensor will probably fix the issue for you......hopefully!

Yup, spot on!!
Got that replaced...with this error...the RPM will also be irregular..
