My cousin Sharan has this once got the alert that the engine oil is low.
So he took it to FA wagon glenmarie and they top up the engine oil.
But one of the mechanic told him NOT to drive beyond 120km/h for first 15k km!
Lol
Than they detected his driveshaft need to be replaced after he complained noise when turning
They claimed it has been replaced but he still notice noises and even more noises!
I wonder what if they ever change anything!
Any good SC to recommend?

Advise him to call VW msia hotline and complain.

I just sent in a complaint to FA Wagen and copied it to VW Customer Service. The Glenmarie service centre is impossible to ge through, they never ever updated me on my complaint though my car was there over 3 and a half days, and finally, apart from an ABS software update for the 1 year old Polo Gti, claimed that the distorted front brake disc rotor was not covered by warranty, and they did not have it in stock! Inferior aftersales and inferior components. I am so so disappointed. Cwe have 2 VWs at hime and i want to sell them off!

Would you believe it - i am yet to get a reply to my letter sent to VW Glenmarie Service Manager and VW Malaysia! I dropped by VW Glenmarie to collect the refund for the golf gti mk7 order that I cancelled and when i went to look for the Service Manager, he saw me and disappeared to the back and never came out when i told the staff that i wanted to see him regarding my warranty claim for the Polo GTI disc rotors. I left after waiting 30 minutes for the Service Manager. I then phoned VW Group Malaysia and left my contact number and email for the Customer Service Manager. I said i needed their help coz no one at VW Glenmarie was returning my calls or resolving my predicament!!!

Glad to know yr cars are reliable.
My mkV golf gti is not problematic but the polo gti is questionable.
The point is the aftersales service of FA Wagen - deplorable, to say the least. I sent an email to VGM and they replied this morning stating that they would look into it.

I emphatise! Wearnes is reputed to be efficient and apparently split the jobs into 2 sections - normal service or complaints. Maybe that's why it is difficult to get an appointment.

Product design is world class but service is not world class. Why?
I just read a thread from a French car-maker about a 2-days old new car that the gear-box valve body needed replacement.
Interesting. Where is the QC from a global brand? and where is the customer service from a global brand?
