Is this new model from Mazda 2.2 automatic worth to buy? The other I have in mind is new model Hilux Vnt 2.5 automatic. I am impressed with the new vnt model, got better acceleration and quieter than older 2010 Hilux model.
Any comments of the new Mazda?

I had a look at the new BT-50. I wanted to test drive the 2.2 auto but there were none available. IMO, the Ford Ranger is better. It's better looking and the interior is much better. You can test drive the new Ford Ranger at any Ford dealership. I also found it very difficult to get information online. There are tons of reviews and videos on the new Ranger but almost nothing on the BT-50.
The BT-50 does come with traction control so that is definitely an advantage.
I guess it depends on what you are buying it for. The Hilux has higher resale value and that's important but the BT-50 is a better package.
There were comments on the BT-50 that the suspension settings are different from the Ranger. One review said that that made the BT-50 better to drive but most said that Mazda had messed it up.

Comparing the new models from Ranger and Mazda 2.2 automatic, which would have a better resale? My inlaw who bought Mondeo suffered when trying to sell 5 years later. Many dealers did not want it as a trade in even though it was in good condition.
