Need some help from the expert .....
I got one car that is registered under my dad name and the car condition is not working. now i want to transfer the number plate of old car to my new car register under my name.
Can anyone help me? Thank you very much.

need to go for puspakom inspection? so not working got to ask jpj runner to "kawtim' but must use m

Probably need to transfer to TS name first then only swap......

ya, another step - to Ts to a new motorbike and then it runs etc... with M (water) the ship will sail smoothly lor.... haha
