so when your relative or friend see the ad, they will think ape ini baru beli sekarang nak jual? mungkin tak bayar installment tarek balik or ini budak dah kaya tak suka kereta dan jual - mesti rugi banyak dan lagi beli kereta baru lagi? that's what the new owner will most probably think, and will receive some calls asking what happens? Have you receive any call yet?

J-Two sold a car, assume either Recon or Second Hand Car say bearing WHO 1234 to Mr X. Not sure whether you are Mr X or is Mr X related to you.

Now, there is an advertisement that WHO 1234 is still available for Sale?

Okay, so you say that Mr X must be angry.

There are 2 possible scenarios:

Scenario 1 - You are Mr X or know Mr X. In this case, you can inform the Company to remove the Add or you can pretend to go to the J-Two showroom and look for WHO 1234. When J-Two informs you that WHO 1234 is not available, you can scold them for wasting your time. See what they say. Then you tell them that you already bought WHO 1234 and ask why they are still advertising it for sale when it is already sold

Scenario 2 - you are not related to Mr X. In this case, Mr X could have traded in WHO 1234 or WHY 3456 which explains why WHO 1234 is for sale.

as long as i hold documented proof i'm the new, rightful owner of the vehicle, saya tak kisah

BUT if i'm the former owner and the dealer is supposed to return proceeds of the sold vehicle, then i might get angry if i think the dealer might be holding out on me by letting the ad run, ie lead me on to think the car has not been sold yet, therefore no money when in fact has been sold and money is in hand

could be a simple case of laziness and/or incompetence
