Actually, most new stations have 3-4x storage. Older ones maybe 2x (petrol & diesel only).
All pumps come from same storage for same petrol. Unless they have more tanks for each type of fuel, if their sales/turnover is fast.
For those ulu places, they have smaller tanks. But still, the turnover is very slow, that is why some people say stale-petrol

I think smaller stations don't have enough storage tanks for so many grades of fuel.
In Klang Valley, where many stations have over 10 pumps, storage is not such a big problem.
I don't think is storage problem, or rather sales problem. In Shah Alam 3 Esso stations I went to do not sell Ron 97.
The Federal Highway Shell last time also no Ron 97 but have V Power Racing....

Come on shell , bring it on...dont mind if the price = current V power...considering diesel torque & low FC...
Finally, would be able to get those diesels ppl mover...come on VW, bring your Touran tdi, ...Japs small Sedan like FC but huge Torque to move those weights
Luckily did not book the cross touran tsi yet, ..wait for the TDI version, way much appropriate

Euro4 and 2015.....how much would it cost? by then, newer diesel engine has much higher compliant needs....
