Hi,

When pass by kesas highway, I can see the new PETRON petrol station have start their business. These petrol station used to own by Esso. I'm wondering anyone try their petrol or their petrol source still came from Exxon Mobil until they fully take over all the Esso/Mobil petrol station in Malaysia?

Thanks.

Yes, saw it also this morning. I think the petroleum is from the same refinery in Port Dickson, but I am not sure about the additive in the fuel, might be different from Esso or still the same... Haven't tried their petrol.

All fuel for domestic market are the same quality EXCEPT each company put their own PATENTED additives to claim "improving mileague".

Petron from Pinoyland. Has taken over Esso Malaysia Bhd. They should be using same fomular in their fuel.

It is truely sad to see established oil company pulling out of our country one by one, BP, Conoco & now Exxon, what more disappointing is that our poorer neighbours are catching up with us & highly possible exeeding us in near future, not surprising to see PT (Thailand) or Petamina (Indonesia) here soon, now we need to work for the Phillipines petrol station, hopefully not as their maid or foreign labour in time to come. smile_blackeye.gif

Wake up call for those whom are not patronising PETRONAS smile_blush.gif

And to PETRONAS, enhance your strengths while listen, analyse and improve on your weaknesses smile_thumbup.gif

mana eh tahan .... "cost of doing business" has risen in malaysia ... this comment from international investors 2-3 years ago
cost of doing business = corruption
dirty, greedy, lazy good-for-nothing bastards ... don't lift a finger but kurang ajar enough to insist on poking their fingers into every pie as prerogative ...

i'd pull out, too
wake up call for non-petronas users? i sure ain't gonna willingly continue to pay the ppl pulling the strings behind the scenes
i'd say it's more a wake call FOR petronas (the dirty rat behind pertonas) ... and for the malaysian public at large
i hope to see a french revolution take place soon ... every incompetent, posterior-lickin "minister" mouthing off inanities

who put 'em there .... malaysian joe public
time to fix it is way overdue

mods, pls feel free to delete post if deemed offensive, thanks.
