into answering you. The problem with getting a manual transmission is
that there isn't one available at the moment. Philly is LHD and that is
why they get all the powerful trucks from US like the F150.
As for the drifting, trust me.....they were really doing it. I am not
working for Ford but I was there during the shoot. Also had the chance
the drive the RS and it handles like a beauty. The power bit is
subjective but for me, it was sufficient. Hey if I am going to hunger for
more, maybe it would be to add in a turbo like that did at KLIMs. Only
after the warranty finish of course.

does it mean for LHD model the gearshift is on the left and for RHD model
the gearshift is on the right. you gotta be joking... no such
thing leh - gear and shift pattern is the same and in the same place - in
the middle.

Puck did not mention the LHD to RHD gearshift engineering work. To be fair
to him, he was just pointing out that there are more factors to be
considered than just slapping a Manual gearbox on. More testing have to be
done, i.e. compression ratio, detonation, fuel quality, transmission load
etc.

so everyone.. whats the likeliness of of Ford giving a thought to all
these and have a manual....?
ivan.. im sure at least you can inform them regarding the feedbacks you

I am sure Ford Msia will hear the feedback, but I think the million dollar
question is, how many units of Manual can they sell?

pedals are located in a different footwell. I am not an engineer but I am
sure that is an impact or it would not take so long for cars that either
LHD or RHD to be converted for other countries. Normally a minimum of 6
months.
