Anyone bought the new Sharan ? Can share something here ?

He got back his Sharan this Tuesday and he told me he enjoy every moment of driving it. So far he has no more complain.

I guess if VWM were to conduct a survey on how he feel about the car, he would give 11 out of 10 !!

Standard reply from Service Advisor was that got to wait 1-2 months for parts to be sent from German!! My cousin was asked to take back his Sharan back for the meantime, and use it till the parts arrive in months time. Imagine asking someone to drive a car under hot sun without A/C!!

Then he wrote to VWM and they flew the parts in from Singapore and German. Now he just got his MPV!! Slightly over 1 week of waiting. style_emoticons/#EMO_DIR#/smile_tongue.gif

My friend facing some problem with the Glenmarie Service center, my friend wants to log a complain as the car also not ready and cant find what is the problem. My friend request a courtesy car also no car and want to complain to VGM. Please help

I was wandering why there's a couple of 2012 2nd hand unit with significant price drop (RM130k) on the market. Why such a big drop after 3 years? Any long term issues with Sharan?
