kelantan very hot today, this afternoon start my car ( going back to my hometown ) , switch on aircond, one ,two minute later the windscreen crack.....half a metre long!!
difference in outside/inside temperature and notice a really small stone mark, about 0.5 mm only..ceh.
maybe Bro Rallychamp jampi me...ha ha ha ha ha ha

same happen to me bro. Bad thing is, i forgot to insured it bcoz i bough tru MYEG online insurance... pity me.

want to insure but never had a crack windscreen before. always careful , really buta buta saja.
not sure how long will last until really koyak.

Is our Rexs having single layer or two layer windscreen? If two layer, it would not koyak soon. However, it is advisable to visit Doctor Cermin to see if a surgery can be made on 1/2 meter long type of crack.
My Rex is currently with Ecomap, customized Turbo Vacuum Hose, K&N Drop in Filter, Bendix 4WD Brake Pad (Front & Rear), Petronas Urania SUPREMO CI-4 Lubricant Oil, FUCH TiTAN ATF 3353, Rear Coil Dampener, Tufoil Engine Treatment, HID 4300K, . . . . .

Tinted screen will help to reduce this risk to be happen...
at the same times tinted will able to protect windscreen chips fly off during high-speed crack...
of course, another one is to prevent others to c what u doing inside the car...
i did the windscreen tinted only for RM500... beside the cost of windscreen... ++++

come back from dr cermin, no need to do anything. it is a clean crack so won't spread anymore.

Half a meter long??? That is real serious. The crack resulted from the Stone Mark?
I had a quite big stone mark from last Dec till now, has grown few cm longer. Have not replaced the windscreen yet although had insured RM2.5k on it. Checked with Stanley is only RM1.5k for original windscreen replacement. So next renewal, don't need to insure so high.

check with dr cermin, local but laminated rm1500, original rm2500 at least.
no stone mark!!
