Engine Oil Consumption

after 4500 km my rex consume 900ml of engine oil. i have tighten the oil/air separator spring. no smoke white/black visible. no lost of power.

before about half of that only.

how much your rex consume engine oil?

Bro, Stronger the oil separator spring the diagpharm open more it will cause more blowoff gas straight to the intake..
later i draw the logic to you..

1- Blowoff gas from valve cover
2- Gas to intake
3- Return to engine oil sump
4- blowoff gas use this hole to enter the upper cyclone cylinder
5-Gas escape from center part and go out from 2

-while the diagpharm is opened (spring decompress ) air + oil midst are freely travel inside oil seperator

-while the diagpharm is closed (spring compressed ) air + oil midst bloked to enter no 5 therefore oil midst wont enter intake
