Dear all masters,

I need advise from you guys. I got my 2012 H-LINE auto persona... I am pretty satisfied with all of its features as mentioned in this forum.. But just some minor problems like fuel consumption..
However, I was so annoyed that there was a "klak" sound from the rear suspension when crossing the uneven road in high speed. The sound is like two metal punching together.. Sigh.. Need you guys help.....

Thank you very much!!

Ryan, you sure it's the rear suspension?

Mine was because the inner rear door panel was loose and also the door metal. * The metal that is between your door and body looks like the letter D is not aligned properly with your lock mechanism.

My door made that klak sound and opened partially when i was making a U-Turn at the highway.

Now, the rear inner Right hand side door panel is loose again, and there is this irritating squeaky sound that comes out from the middle of the dashboard. Very audibly clear when on uneven, bumpy and speed humps.

Service center tighten the under carriage, but i don't see how this effects the dashboard huh.gif

I did a complaint to Proton edar, as this bloody issues took 8 hours to settle at Mutiara Damansara so called PLATINUM service center.
