Which pickup you all recommend? The requirements are:

1. For daily drive in the city (go to work & back) - 80% of the time.

2. Highway drive/long distance (go outstation or balik kampung) - 20% of the time.

3. Safety features (the more the better). Min 2 airbags.

4. Comfortable for rear passengers during those long distance drive.

5. Good after sales service (don't want to wait weeks/months for spare parts or deal with idiots at the SC).

6. Affordable (good FC and cost for parts/service).

7. Price around RM 100k (plus minus lah).

Isuzu Dmax?

But why did you need a truck in the 1st place since you're always in city driving only? Why not check it out on SUV?
Ram me if you can!

I think Rexton will meet most of ur requirements.

Daily drive - pass
Fuel consumption - avg .20sen perkm
Balik kampung - very good
Safety - excellent.
Parts - no problem
Price is also affordable.

Alternative u can get stavic new car below 100k.

11 seater. Lagi best for balik kampung.

My2cents opinion.

cheapest (price less than 110k$ - not confirmed - pls check) for a brand new mpv diesel is starvic (since the importer declared and got it taxed as panel window van), provided if you like the design and look and most probably you will like bas sekolah seating with 11 seating - 2nd hand lagi murah!!!! Big piece and worth to eat type of vehicle!!!! hahahahaha

with that power, the handling a big big issue to consider to be safe!!! must have a lower centre gravity mpv, if like this have to consider S-max T5, and no need to remap, just add tuning box (can get +/- 300hp, 425nm) more than enough to become a real SMPV!

Which pickup you all recommend? The requirements are:

1. For daily drive in the city (go to work & back) - 80% of the time.
Triton feels more car like than Hilux and DMAX. DMAX worst. Navara turning circle too big for city tight parking space

2. Highway drive/long distance (go outstation or balik kampung) - 20% of the time.
Hilux got big rear space but more jumpy ride and less stable at fast cornering. DMAX seems most stable at cornering. Triton most comfortable.

3. Safety features (the more the better). Min 2 airbags.
I read Triton is 4 Stars.

4. Comfortable for rear passengers during those long distance drive.
Triton but Hilux bigger space.

5. Good after sales service (don't want to wait weeks/months for spare parts or deal with idiots at the SC).
I suppose Hilux?

6. Affordable (good FC and cost for parts/service).
Probably DMAX

7. Price around RM 100k (plus minus lah).
