dear all,

i'm planning on getting new ride but found some problem on making the decision. budget around 90k below.
ok on normal sedan car at market now but also jelous when see people using pick up truck for their daily used. so tough and macho + FC also like the same with average sedan car. just for city drive + sometimes offroad for fishing, but not so extreme one la.

normal car???
pick up truck???

really need advise on this, thanks

it depends whether you are buying using your heart or your head.... smile_disapprove.gif

They are different so cannot apple to apple and it depands what your priority in owing one.

look = subjective but as you said, maybe you already going for truck
roadtax = presume below 90K, below 1.6, sedan wins
consumption = subjective, likely sedan wins
tyres = stock tyres, sedan wins (cheaper)
acceleration = sedan wins
changing spark plus = diesel use glow plug no need change (rarely changed), truck wins
comfort ride = truck uses leaf spring at the rear, sedan wins
cornering = truck high gravity, sedan wins
flash flood = truck wins
lub oils = truck consumes more than 7 litres, sedan wins
luggage space = truck wins smile_big.gif
NVH = diesel engine roars, high likely sedan wins
