Proton Persona Had Engine Cut Off

is it true that persona have a engine cut off??means that the engine not fully can used to its peak performance coz off this cut off??if true,can we disable it??

If you mean does the engine have a rev-limiting function, then yes it has - just as 99% of all new cars do.

The limiter will cut-in somewhere above the maximum power rev level, (max power 6,000 RPM on factory
basic Campro and 6,500 RPM on an IAFM) so will have no effect on the engine's performance.
It's just there to protect the engine from over-revving.
