Chevrolet revealed the first image of its all new Cruze Station Wagon yesterday, I think that this will sell well in Europe.
They also stated that a number of exterior and interior styling changes are being introduced in 2012 for all Cruze models. These include a remodeled front fascia, modified head-lamp interiors and fog lamps, and new wheel styles on the exterior and refinements to the center console and a greater choice of seat finishes for the interior.

It is disappointing that not many Chevy owners post here. The SW Cruze has better rear design. Overall, the Cruze has best built quality with advanced technology but nobody appreciates. Naza didn't know nor place effort in marketing Chevy brand should get Cergazam and the before Cergazam distributor into the joint venture and market the Cruze properly. Focus on outsourcing spare part suppliers and SC to get things running at lower operating cost as Naza does not have to stock up all spare parts on its own or hire more staffs. Just outsource and give license to those who really interested to place effort in getting the job done. It'll convince more buyers this way.

Just too bad, let's see how long does it take for others to reply me. Take into account only forumners that reply to comment and not here to throw hatred due to worry of being overtaken, losing sales, etc.

GM may have high hope for Lazak assemblying license status maybe? and so agency goes to them?
They aim for great sales for Chevy in Malaysia based on Sales alone without Spares and Services = 2 S only - Will this works? Pity such a a good global cars and SUVs going down the drain just overnight like this!!!!

That is correct. From what I know, all car companies here only focus on after sales service when the number of buyers are more than the quota. Same goes to Honda & Toyota, they only focus on bringing in bulk spare parts and open lots of SC when there were many buyers. Unlike back then, where cars at that time were easy to fix that you can send to any workshops as they were mainly mechanical. Today, most cars are running on hi-tech electronics + VVT, VIS, etc.

This bad practice is the main cause of why some car brands didn't survive in our local market especially when didn't sell well in the beginning. Don't have the resources yet refused to give reasonable franchise freedom to others to handle the aftersales service for spare parts and SC. The chain reaction is they will import the required parts only when needed giving bad impression to public and eventually, everyone turned away.

Any car companies should focus on bringing in sufficient spare parts for standby whether can sell or not, in order to convince more buyers. Best is to give out cheap or free franchise to outsource spare parts supply chain and SC to make things easier. Many good cars that sell well elsewhere were actually killed by lousy distributors. NAZA should really look into offering others to joint venture in order to save Chevy if it can't handle things on its own.

A good product in the hands of the wrong distributor equals a big #%@&-up.

The SW is indeed a handsome car. Makes me want to buy one. I've always love wagons. The last one I owned was the Nissan AD Resort.
