Sound like you wanna transfer to Labuan!

Ferry ride from Labuan to Mainland (Menumbok Town) with current old ferry
is ~ 2 hour, normal day 2 trips/day. During heavy traffic/school holiday,
they increase to 4 trips/day. Current ferries are smaller than those in
Penang. The new ferry (which was promised to be operational last year)
could shorten the trip to ~ 1 hour. But, till now no news about new ferry!

From Menumbok Town - KK is ~ 150KM. On this 2 lanes highway, you can rev
hard to max if you like

No la.... just curious because, to me, Labuan is just a small place in
the S China Sea. So it surprises me that you people actually take your
cars across to Sabah to drive or go shopping.
