Hi, I'm hoping someone from Ford read this posting - I tried to find the
Contact link at Ford website but it's non-existent. Maybe it's there, deep
within the website, but I can't find it.

I am a member in MyFord (Owner's Connection) website, but for the past 2
days, I can't log on to the site. I remember my password, but it does not
allow me to log on. When I tried to re-register, it won't allow me as
Error messages kept coming out. Can somebody check it out?

Another thing - previously, before I received my new Lynx, I sent emails
to this address -> ffbc@pd.jaring.my and somehow somebody responded to my
emails. But since I received my car, nobody replied when I sent emails to
that address? I don't want to speculate or assume negatively about the
customer service practice in Ford Malaysia, but can somebody please check?
