Dear Forumers,

I am selling my old car on Mudah.

What precautions should I take?

Recently I have a few callers telling me that their loan already approved by bank and the seller last minute raised the car price so they started looking for new sellers.

I worry that this is a type of scam.

All callers were asking for a copy of my car reg. card ( I know this is standard process. This is 100% safe right? ).
There was even 1 guy asking for a copy of my NRIC.
When I told him there is no such requirement by the bank asking for seller's NRIC, He just said sorry and hung up.

Anyone with experience selling cars on their own and safely sold the car?

There were 3 potential buyers who failed their loan application or cannot get the loan amount wanted so gave up their purchase.

Need your valuable feedback on the Do's and Don't's
TQVM!!
