No rain:
>140km/h
Flash 9 u from far far, even though already giving way.
Heavy rain (but not yet super heavy or flooded):
<80km/h
You flash, he won't budge.
Then rain subside, light rain/clear:
>120km/h and building up
Flash 9 u again
I'm consistent 95-110km/h no matter normal rain or shine, at 110km/h speed limit area.
No rain:
>140km/h

dam hate those fella purposely splash water to other cars beside... even in city area, i saw some car purposely splash the water to passers-by。I kena few time near sogo n masjid jamek area...

Normally will brake, slow down and try detour/avoid when see a puddle and pedestrian. But 1-2 times, I mis-judge, thought there is no pool and splashed some pedestrian
Sorry yah. But I very rare use Sogo (Raja Laut / TAR) / Masjid Jamek (Jln Tun Perak) area.
so is not me splash u.

He must have got super fat tyres so cannot run fast in heavy rain......
