don't understand what's your point here.
if dealer agrees, then of course customer should be getting what has been agreed earlier.
yes i agree if the dealer agree then we she get what is agree upon

But the problem is, some customer had actually asking freebies or discount on a New Model which is not reaching yet, and certain dealer agreed to offer what customer wanted, the point is, is customer getting what they should in the end?
