A new member from Kulim , bro Loh own a RX230, petrol. everything perfect except Gearbox. 2 solenoid koyak and now already 2 weeks still unable to get parts. any idea where to find?
Do you mean the solenoid in Conductor Plate? If can get the part number, can try to source. If RX230 is using the same gearbox from Mercs, can then source parts from Mercs Specialist.

joe's cannot come out from P and no release hole.

check the car manual , there should be a hole to cucuk when the gear is stuck at P.

not on rex2!! show in car manual but don't have.

joe's cannot come out from P and no release hole.
If stuck at P, could be the TGS error. Bro Rex45485 has the same problem and fixed in Ipoh workshop. I think he found used unit to replace, if I remember correctly cost about RM500. The one that Bro 9885 went to replace his recond GB.

he still keep the tgs?..bro joe car in workshop, maybe tomorrow will know the problem.
mine the starting issue found the problem, the solenoid at the starter, when cannot start i give a hard knock and can start already.

Will check with Bro Rex4585 and let u know.
Can clean the solenoid? Maybe oxidized contact issue again?
