Hi everyone, i just bought a use d optra 1.6 not long ago. This afternoon I brought it for normal service(change oil & oil filter) at 1 of the service centre in usj. I noticed the mechanic when he unscrewed the oil nut to relesed the used oil, after that he tried to screwed back he had a hard time to do it. I saw the aluminum spring came out from the gear tread. Later that, I saw he cut it off length got around 2 cycle. According to him he said it is ok. But, after I came back from work I check my oil level drop and I found out leak out from the nut. Pls advise, what should I do? Any major problem to this? Tks.

I went to another workshop they put a carbon seal into the nut before they screw. It seems my problem solved after this, no more leaking. Had a bad experienced with that workshop. From now on i need to replace the carbon seal every time i do my service. Sad..
