DONT BUY FRM CHANG SANG TRADING IN CHERAS!!!!!!!!!

Recently tried to purchase a car from them and put down a deposit (which
they convincingly said was fully refundable if d loan application did not
come through) but later came up with a million excuses not to refund my
money when my loan application was rejected!!!

they even tried to put the blame on me... claiming that i took my own
sweet time for the application. it's up to the bank... not the applicants!

Plus, they re-advertised the car i intended to get at a much LOWER price
after we had agreed on a price and claimed no such thing. What was my
deposit for if not for them to hold the car? and were they not going to
offer me the same revised price???

BOTTOM LINE, careful of those buggers there... CHANG SANG TRADING in
CHERAS!!!! ADDRESS: Lot 4523, BATU 4 1/2, JALAN CHERAS, 56000 KUALA
LUMPUR! Gangsters and Thieves!!!! CHANG MOTOR... not to be trusted!!!!

For everyone here, try to nego the lowest deposit for booking. This happen
so many time already..

ejan_, the deposit is fixed by them 1 ... frankly, actually is
their 'trap' to make u 100% buy the car after paying the deposit...for
proton is RM500, but for toyota such as vios is RM3000 ...

so, either u 100% sure can get the loan approve or really want that car
only paid the deposit...

if new car ok, normally used car behaviour to take our deposit... for new
car, we can complaint to HQ.

Totally agree with kinkyoreo..used to bought a sonata from them and they
said the car is in tip top condition..wouldn't allow me to test drive the
car until deposit is paid..so paid n tried the car n had visual
check..quite satisfied..asked them the car got problem anot they said
no..so finally bought the car n one month later found out tat the gearbox
is having problem..so sent in to hyundai and checked, turned out the car
was in the flood and all the engines, gearbox are replaced by 2nd hand
ones..then hyundai also told me tat the service record book had been
torned a few pages..the car mileage supposed to be 80k + instead of 18k+
when i bought the car..so went back to ask them n this bugger even
insulted me with "don't have money don't buy this type of car la, now got
problem come n blame us"..i was so damn pissed with them coz they even
advertised tat tis car is in top condition, very low-mileage..damn
unhonest seller..ended up i had to sell off the car after using one month
to them n lose 10k..they dun even bother to increase the trade in price
for me..thus they can earn a lot from tis trade..later on, i saw the
newspaper they advertise the same car with the same trick again..curse
this type of buggers..BEWARE N NEVER BUY CAR FROM THEM !!!

Chang Sang Trading in Cheras should be reported..!!
I've made a booking with them, but apparently when i want to refund, it takes them 3 bloody months just to preprare the cheque! As im working in a big company too, refundable only takes few weeks maximum to 1 month but with this small company it takes 3 months??!!!

My refund only got after a whole of chasing game!!! saddest part is that the salesman is avoiding me and ignoring my calls when i tried to contact him.

Service is really BADDD..!!!

It not only happen to this particular but any of dealer can be happen also. Actually no need deposit also can but sales man want immediate commision. If the salesman said deposit can be refund if loan rejected u can use excuse "if i pay now, later loan rejected your company no need to refund me and i submit doc for loan first. u senang i pun senang". lol

I thought I am the only want that got into trouble with this car dealer. It is best to avoid Chang Sang Motors at any costs. They are not honest at all.

For those who want to buy a second hand car, by all means avoid Chang Sang Motors in Cheras. They have another new branch in Old Klang Road opposite Scott Garden.

Really have to say Thank you and Thank you and Thank you...... to you all kind-hearted and civic-conscious people who

unselfishly share with us such an important info. In fact l have quite a good impression of the dealer whose advertisements

are with lots of quality 2nd cars, low mileage, reasonable price, friendly services etc. l plan to visit the dealer thinking of

wanting to buy a used car in a near future. Anyway NOW I WILL NEVER GO.
