Waja original alarm replacement

Hi there,
anybody know where i can get my waja car alarm replaced back to the
original 1. i have the control unit, but i've gone to 2 accesory shops and
they dont know how to replace it as they dont have the users guide and dont
know how the wires connect.

Anyone know where i can get this done?

You mean that you have changed your Waja to an aftermarket alarm earlier
on and now you wanna change back to Waja original alarm.

I just bought the 898g replacement remote but i lost the manual. Need to re-pair the remote with the module.

Is there by any chance you can share a copy of the manual? Photostat thru email also can. Or even can take pix of the manual for me.

Or if know how to Pair the remote, pls let me know.

for pricing you can deal directly with proton.. it is cheaper to get after market alarms.

Long ago when wife had proton, alarm spoiled, change the whole system......

I've been using my original proton alarm and it was serving me well for years. Fitted this steel mate 898 system 2 years back since it came with all the bells and whistles and now I'm regretting.

Original remote just died off when I was outstation. Thank God I had my spare remote with me. Cost me RM55 to replace the battery and was quoted RM230 for a new remote. My friend who also uses the same system, remote has gone crazy and would not work although it is still powered. So for a start the remote is pretty crappy.

I also hate the fact that the system loves to keep the car armed or doors shut all the time. The timer to auto arm is very short.

For some reason which I yet to find out the LED has stopped flashing when the system is armed.

The vibration sensor is too sensitive and gives out a false alarm during heavy storms or loud noise.

The alarm system comes with lots wires and unless you find a reputable installer things are going to happen when they should not as my friend found out.
