Singapore impose 50% loan for all auto vehicle and max tenure is 5 years.
So Malaysians, you can have loan up to 9 or 10 years at 90% loan (some even full loan).
Still want to bitch about it?

yes, because Singaling has excellent public transport system, compared to Malaysia which has awful PTS.

Malaysian purchasing power r low, car r expensive, that why need longer tenure loan, but in return this would cause higher household debt (2nd highest in Asia after South Korea).
Then again luckily Malaysia PTS is not efficient or else windshield would not be as lucrative, probably "gulung tikah"

haha....guess what, windscreen business in Singaling also very good...better cos can charge 2.5 x price cos higher spending power..lol!

Singapore Purchasing Power is USD 61K compare to Malaysia USD 16K, almost 4 times, not base on currency 2.5 times in case u dunno.
