Ex5 Handle Shaking

hi newbie here, I just brought a second ex5 due to budget problem..after all the servicing, just found out when im speeding till 60-70km/h, handle keep shaking and not balance at all..before that I did went for front lower, mean drill hole at the fender thr, is it because of the lower and cause the bike shaking? or the worker didnt fix my things back properly? thanks
