No offence, but personally, I find those wood panels in the cars very ugly.
Be it natural wood color or rose wood color.
May I ask any sifu out here who knows whether we can change those wood panels ?
Perhaps change them to silver or grey color would looked better.
Any place to recommend and cost ?

Sticker ? Can use 3M ... got carbon-fibre black, white, silver, titanium, etc.

TS says the interior wood looks old-fashion, very uncle. Looks like he wants to change to silver / grey, which is non-wood.
A cheap alternative is to use good quality sticker. I'm planning to stick part of my car door fake-carbon-fibre-plastic, with 3M aluminium-sticker also. Already bought it, no time to install yet.
Otherwise, unlikely can find plastic panels. Unless custom mould, maybe more expensive than the car door

Nope. I'm not into upholstery stuff. Basic DIY can do.
Therefore, it depends on what TS wants. If he has all the money, like RM10k just to change the panels and if he is fine with it, just do it.
Otherwise for <RM100, can DIY stickers.

LOL ... if you mean those velvet material, there are some sold with thin double sided tape and stick on like sticker also. Just use box-cutter / hobby-knife to cut it, have to be careful also.
But I don't like it, as it sticks tiny specs of dust/lint and troublesome. Also looks so "hello kitty"
